❖ How do custom orders work?
✧ We love crafting unique pieces just for you! Here’s how our custom orders work:
- Start a conversation with one of our jewelry designers about your custom design ideas. If you have a specific design in mind, send us a picture.
- We will create a CAD (Computer Aided Design) and send it to you for confirmation. If adjustments are needed, we will make them until you’re happy.
- Once the CAD is approved, we will start the manufacturing process.
- We’ll share images and videos of your jewelry once it’s ready, and then ship it via an international courier company.

❖ Can I customize a Diaamo design?
✧ Absolutely! Most of our designs can be customized. Want Moissanite replaced with Diamond or Sapphire? Want a different prong style? We can make it happen. Reach out to discuss your ideas or request a quote.
❖ Can I order a Diaamo design with any center stone size and shape?
✧ Yes, our designs can be customized with the stone and metal of your choice, from 0.30 to 8.0 carats, in various shapes like oval, pear, brilliant, etc. Contact us to explore more options!

✧ Moissanite is a new category of gemstone with unmatched fire, brilliance, and luster. Unlike cubic zirconia, Moissanite is a gemstone that looks and lasts like a diamond forever.

Lab Grown & Metal
❖ What is Lab Grown?
✧ Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds made in a lab, not mined from the earth. They have the same look and quality as natural diamonds but are more affordable and eco-friendly.
❖ Are Lab Grown available in all shapes and sizes?
Yes, our Lab Grown come in various shapes—round, princess, pear, oval, radiant, trillion, marquise, emerald, and cushion—and range from 0.05ct to 15.0ct

Processing & Shipping
❖ How long will my order take?
✧ Each piece of our jewelry is handmade especially for you, and it typically takes 5 to 7 working days plus shipping time. Custom orders may require additional time.
❖ Is rush order service available?
✧ Yes, we offer rush order services for an additional $50 USD. Please contact us for exact timelines.
❖ Do you ship internationally?
✧ Yes, we ship our jewelry worldwide! 🌍
❖ How do I track my order?
✧ We’ll provide tracking information once your jewelry is dispatched. If you have any trouble tracking it, contact us at love@diaamo.com.
❖ Can I change my shipping address before the item ships?
✧ Yes, you can change the address before your item ships. Once shipped, changes are not possible.
❖ Can I cancel my order before it ships?
✧ You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. After that, a 10% restocking fee will apply.

❖ What is your return and refund policy?

✧ Yes, we provide resizing services. Eternity band resizing incurs a $100 fee, while resizing for other styles is complimentary.
